Hemi-Sync Meditation
Hemi-Sync Meditation is an audio technology that uses binaural beats to synchronize the left and right hemispheres of the brain. It has been used for decades as a tool to help people achieve deeper states of relaxation, meditation, and altered states of consciousness. Hemi-Sync meditation is based on the idea that when both sides of your brain are in sync with each other, you experience heightened awareness, focus and enhanced creativity.
